We are seeking a dynamic clinician with a strong clinical background and ability to work well with teams. The primary role of the Behavior Service Clinician is to provide consultation with staff and residents in assigned programs, including on-going functional analysis and development and monitoring of therapeutic support plans.Responsibilities:
Prepares relevant information for, and participates in, psychiatric consultations
Provides clinical support to meet the needs of assigned programs
Is flexible in responding to emergent clinical needs
Masters degree in the field of Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health or related field
Supervised experience in the field of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, certification in behavior analysis, and/or licensure preferred
Supervision towards licensure across all clinical tracks (Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, and BCBA) is available
May be required to lift 50 pounds independently
