Robert Half Technology is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to accommodate end-users. If you have strong problem-solving skills and a passion for making effective change within an organization, this could be the Help Desk Analyst job for you. This Help Desk Analyst role is based in the Albany, New York area and is a temporary opportunity.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems
Assist and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Provide IT assistance for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other software applications used internally
Requirements
Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
1+ years of prior experience
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Basic Troubleshooting experience preferred
Strong familiarity with customer service
Desktop Support experience desired
Proven knowledge of Avaya
Experience with Blackberry support
Apple Devices experience
Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
Understanding of basic networking concepts
