What’s it like?

You, along with a group of other professionals, young to their career, will go through an exciting and extensive 12 week training program at our corporate headquarters in northwest Georgia (don’t worry, we provide housing!). Our trainees participate in everything from team building activities, plant tours (you’ve got to see how our products our made!), sales ride-alongs, product knowledge assessments, professional presentations and much more. Basically, if you have a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed, we give you everything else you will need to be successful in the field during the training program!

After the training program, you will be located in New York, NY. At this time you will be a subject matter expert on Shaw, and you will begin your marketing outreach efforts. You will be the brand ambassador for Shaw's commercial products and will eventually become the face for our commercial brands!
