KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Leader to join our Business Modeling team within our Economic and Valuation Services practice. Open to all US locations.
Play a key role in developing our Business Modeling practice by leading and delivering modeling services such as analyzing financial information to forecast business conditions and developing financial analytics solutions for strategic and management planning; investment appraisal; project finance, and mergers and acquisitions including integrations and divestitures
Lead, participate in and contribute to market and business development activities external to the firm; including identifying and pursuing new potential client service opportunities by collaborating with KPMG's Audit and Advisory practices
Build, manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements teams while maintaining active communication with clients in an effort to manage expectations and help ensure client satisfaction
Contribute to the growth, experience, and institutional knowledge of the Economic and Valuation Services practice staff level team members
Fifteen plus years of experience selling and delivering business modeling engagements along with an advanced degree such as MBA, MS Finance or MS Decision and Data Analytics from an accredited college/university and/or relevant professional designation such as CFA, FP&A, CPA, CFM and CMA
Expert at performing in-depth financial analysis, including developing and explaining fully integrated 3-Statement financial models in Microsoft Excel as well as an advanced level of proficiency developing consolidated, Business Unit, Business Line, and asset-level forecasts using both bottoms-up and top-down approaches
Experience building financial analytics models and tools from scratch in MS Excel and experience with one or more of the following: VBA, MS Access, SQL Server, Data Visualization applications (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire), and Alteryx
Demonstrated track record of business development with the ability to develop and maintain existing internal and external client relationships and help build new relationships with key targets
Experience leading multiple engagements and client service teams as well as developing and mentoring staff within a collaborative team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to evaluate and articulate complex information
