Evans Bank Credit Analyst in Amherst, New York
Evans is a growing company that is investing for its future. We are headquartered in Western New York and have an immediate need for a Credit Analyst. This opportunity will provide exposure to executive leadership and the ability to create loan presentations, evaluate credit worthiness, risk analysis, cash flow and collateral coverage while working towards career development.
The Credit Analyst provides administrative, insightful support by analyzing whether a customer has the cash flow required for a loan. Responsibilities include the generation, analysis and follow-up on various financial reports in order to produce loan presentations that follow the Evans credit policy. The loan presentations detail possible risks and recommendations for approval/enhancements of loan proposal. The Credit Analyst also evaluates commercial annual credit reviews and line of credit renewals.

Experience & Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in either Accounting or Finance with an accounting minor/focus
2-3 years of experience analyzing commercial financial data with direct credit experience preferred.

You enjoy business writing and are organized
You are very proficient with Microsoft Excel and Work and have the ability to learn new software systems
