United Health Services Human Resources Consultant in Binghamton, New York
HR Connect provides HR assistance to UHS employees, in the form of accurate, consistent and timely responses to inquiries from various contact channels – phone, web case and chat. HR Connect primarily exists to help employees find answers to their questions and solve their HR problems. The Human Resources Consultant is responsible for resolving inquiries from Human Resources Representatives, employees and managers for a wide variety of Human Resources processes and programs independently, collaborating as needed with COEs and other HR associates. The Human Resources Consultant also conducts special projects, including providing training to Human Resources Representatives. This position contributes to the content for Human Resources Representatives and to the HR Connect knowledge base. The Human Resources Consultant also conducts in-take calls with employees concerning Employee Relations issues, documenting the issues for HRBPs to address.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Six or more years' related experience
5 years of Human Resources experience in Shared Services, HR Operations, or HR Generalist experience
