RiverSpring Health Finance Data Analyst in Bronx, New York

ElderServe Health, Inc. is looking for a full time Finance Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in our Bronx office.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for creating, monitoring, and distributing analytical reports on members’ services in comparison to members’ health risk factors. The position will need to source several large data sets and compare data across multiple sets of criteria. The position will be responsible for tracking such information and reports using a data analytic dashboard (QLIK/Tableau), identifying trends and outliers, and presenting and distributing to senior staff. The position will also manage reports for the department of Quality relating to quality incentive measures, VBP scorecards/calculations, and internal audits. Qualifications:

Experience: 5 years of experience in data analytics

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Ability to develop, maintain and present to management dashboard reports to identify and track key business indicators. Ability to read, analyze, manipulate and interpret large data spreadsheets. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Advanced computer skills (Excel, Access, Tableau and QLIK a must), SQL preferred.

Ability to diagnose and graphically display key data trends and issues. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
