API Heat Transfer Credit Manager in Buffalo, New York

Position Purpose:

The Corporate Credit Manager is responsible for managing corporate credit department for API Heat Transfer.


  • Oversee the daily activity of all Shared Services employees, ensuring timely completion of all responsibilities.

  • Responsible for audit complete as it pertains to A/R

  • Audits methods and procedures to maintain or improve productivity.

  • Oversees investigation of credit risk in customers and suppliers.

  • Monitors the collection of amounts due to the established company standards.

  • Manage relations with the sales department

  • Responsible for timely reporting

  • Research issues and resolve problems in a timely and courteous manner

  • Personally investigate the largest customer credit applications

    Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or Finance prefered

  • 4+ years experience in an equivalent position.

    Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to effectively use a computer with all its components for prolonged periods of time and for the majority of required tasks.

  • Must be able to effectively utilize various office equipment (phone, computer, fax machine, printer, copier, filing cabinet).

  • Must be able to work in an office environment.
