Brief Job Description
The Professional Development Office is accepting applications to fill current and future part-time, temporary positions for professional development coaches and/or group facilitators. This is a pool posting and applications will be accepted on an on-going basis.
- Master’s Degree in a human service or related field;
- Demonstrated experience serving as a coach or facilitator, either within an organization or as a independent practitioner;
- Demonstrated experience with a broad range of process tools and structured activities that focus on areas such as: visioning, creative problem solving, gap analysis, multi-voting, priority setting, decision making, monitoring and feedback and/or demonstrated experience with a range of coaching models and standards of ethical practice as set forward by the International Coach Federation;
- Familiarity with a broad range of standardized assessments, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, emotional intelligence, change management, problem solving preferences, and leadership style.
