Job Description

Senior Administrative Assistant needed for a professional Internet Security company in the East Greenbush area.

Strong computer skills and communication skills required. Must have 7 years + work experience with work references.

Responsibilities include: Administrative support to Senior Leadership; Greet visitors in a friendly manner, Coordinate mail distribution; Order office supplies; Produce and sned correspondence, presentations and office charts and memos; Document expense reconciliation; organize and coordinate corporate Travel Arrangements; Work on company projects.

Bachelors Degree in business field required. Must have a minimum of 7 years professional experience. Ability to handle fast-paced, and changing work environment. Must be able to multi-task and change priorities as needed.

Must be proficient with Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Adobe Acrobat and Social Media web platforms.
