Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead team in multiple sites coordinating team meetings and reviews

  • Coordinate cross site Business Area meetings and reviews

  • Lead and participate in government and customer Property audits. Interface with auditors to ensure understanding of US Controls policies and procedures

  • Work cross functionally negotiating, monitoring and controlling Government Property terms and conditions

-Ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS

  • Ensure the Property Management Policies and Procedures are aligned throughout US controls sites

  • Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and controlling capital expenditures to ensure affordability and support business initiatives across multiple functions

  • Manage and maintain fixed asset cycle count procedures across multiple business locations to ensure maintenance of accurate and complete fixed asset records

  • Ensure application of the Company s mandated business policies and processes. Demonstrate functional competency through successful completion of internal and external fixed asset audits and reviews

Typical Education & Experience

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers

  • Organized and disciplined in work habits; ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Strong knowledge of ES policies and processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Analyze data to provide input for sound decision making

  • Strong working knowledge of Financial Tools (such as Oracle, Hyperion, HFM, Business Intelligence)
