Scope of Responsibilities: Assist the day-to-day operations of Account Managers and Client Service Supervisor of ProAct, while focusing on providing top level service to ProAct clients. Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

Job Summary: Assist with the day-to-day operations of Account Management staff and Client Service Supervisor of ProAct. Coordinate and implement the setup and support of existing ProAct clients for all aspects of customer service, account management, and quality assurance.


Job Duties:

  • Manage and execute benefit changes and updates for existing ProAct business in all appropriate systems.

  • Perform quality assurance audits on a regular basis to measure client satisfaction.

  • Provide Help Desk resolution of customer service issues, requiring additional support, to insure complete client satisfaction.

  • Provide Help Desk resolution of Pharmacy Network problems, requiring additional support, to insure complete client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate, maintain, and manage the distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for PBM clients, from our Claims Processor.

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the ProAct Help Desk.

  • Interface with various external business partners as needed for program development and problem resolution.

  • Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs

  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • Required: Minimum High School Diploma or GED

  • Preferred: AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration, Marketing or related field


  • Preferred: 2 Years experience with Health Care, Insurance and /or Account Management

Special Conditions of Employment:

  • Criminal background check and/or drug test

  • Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

Required Training:

  • HIPAA Privacy Course

  • HIPAA Security Course

Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office
