Aerotek Office Clerk in Grand Island, New York

Duties:

  • Performs scanning of confidential Batch Records in accordance with submission guidelines

  • Uploads confidential batch records and Others required submission documents to shared drives for RA access

  • Performs data entry activities

  • Perform data compilation and review activities

  • Photocopies confidential documents as required

  • File data into the study folders

  • Retrieve study attachments and samples from Production areas

  • Create and organize protocol/study binders

  • Create labels

  • Labels collected study samples

  • Transports samples to in-house laboratories

  • Distribute documents in-house, obtain signatures

  • Track review and approval of documents as requested by management

  • Assumes additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/ GED

  • Computer knowledge/skills

  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment some overtime may be required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication Skills
