General duties included data entry accounting software (QuickBooks), accounts receivable/payable, manage time card reports for hourly employees, supply clerk, copying, filing, and shredding as requested.
Knowledge and abilities required include processing of all accounting support functions including but not limited to collections, verifications of payments, controls of receipts and deposits, maintains petty cash account, reconciliation of accounts, cash advance checks, same day check requests, bank deposits, audits/verifies cash disbursement reports, tracks capital expenditure authorizations (CEAs), orders supplies for office, completes inventory, coordinates the processing of orders, supports location management, assures compliance with all company policies, reviews time cards, administers corporate payroll policies, and processes expense reports.
Requirements and qualifications of the position include high school diploma, GED or completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school. Experience of 2-5 years in general office and bookkeeping and accounts payable experience. Other hiring requirements include drug screening, reference checks, and have reliable transportation.
