Our client located in Orange County, near Harriman, is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead.

What you’ll do as the Customer Service Team Lead:
Provide coaching to improve the client experience in the field
Create a positive work environment and keep your team engaged
Handle and resolve client escalations
Be a source of guidance for your team
It is full time position, working 2nd shift, Tuesday-Saturday. The position compensates a full benefits package and a salary of $40k annually with yearly performance reviews for potential merit increases.
1-2 years experience in customer service
High School Diploma required
Basic/Advanced computer skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
