Phoenix Houses NY|LI has an immediate opening for aProgram Directorin Long Island, who will be responsible for the management of all three elements of the residential program.The Program Director is responsible for the day to day management of the residence and services.Ensures all personnel policies, procedures and clinical regulatory requirements are adhered to by staff.Responsible for administrative functions and reporting, including preparing annual budgets, controlling monthly expenses, scheduling staff and issuing required monthly reports.Also, responsible for developing relationships with appropriate government agencies and community services providers, etc.


Ø6 years of experience in the chemical dependence treatment field.

ØFamiliarity with regulations governing substance use treatment services.


ØMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health or related field.


ØQualified Health Professional (QHP)

ØLicense issued by NYS in good standing.
