ALL ABOUT THE JOB

One of the most rewarding specializations within the field of special education, the Early Intervention credential enables a teacher to work with children from birth to 3 years of age. Early Intervention specialists provide individual services to children within their homes.

An Early Intervention Special Instructor is a teacher who specializes in supporting and understanding the social, emotional and cognitive development of young children. The goal of this therapist is to increase a young child's learning opportunities to positively impact his growth.
