Product Manager Web Experience

Position Summary

The Product Manager, Web Experience reports to the IT Manager Web Experience and will be responsible for helping to define the strategy for The Product Manager will serve as an internal expert on web trends and technology and ensure that the Company effectively engages with consumers through web channels and continuously expands its value-added services. The Product Manager will define product feature sets, manage UX and design with internal and external design resources and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Essential Responsibilities

• Drive feature development strategy for

• Maintain the product backlog for development, design and UX

• Own the JetBlue Digital Brand Design System

• Work and collaborate closely with our design agency, development and QA teams

• Use analytics and user testing results to inform feature prioritization

• Oversee day to day operations of

• Specify business and functional requirements for product enhancements

• Work with matrix partners to understand their business needs and deliver appropriate web solutions

• Coordinate content updates on

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Four (4) years of product management experience

• Knowledge of technology fundamentals and concepts

• Ability to rapidly resolve issues and recognize when escalation is necessary

• Strong business partner management and resolution skills

• Excellent problem solving and structured thinking skills

• Flexibility, agility and change management skills

• Ability to tailor communication style to different audiences

• Available for occasional overnight travel (5-10%)

• Able to work flexible hours and be available for an emergency response on short notice

• Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test

• Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Familiarity with user testing tools

• Familiarity with analytics tools

• Experience managing cross-functional, medium-large-scale projects with internal teams and external business partners

• Knowledge of budget creation and management

• Knowledge of the airline industry

Crewmember Expectations:

• Regular attendance and punctuality

• Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice

• Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance

• When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

• Must be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and Fun

• Promote JetBlue’s #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting JetBlue’s Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy and behavioral standards

• Identify safety or security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue’s confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report(SAR))
