Why is the Production Technician important to us? Without our Production Technicians, our creators would not see their ideas come to life! Our Production Technicians are hands-on; operating production machinery, have an acute sense of spatial awareness, and whose attention to detail is without a doubt, their most significant trait. The Ideal candidate will have an open availability; our manufacturing facility runs seven days a week.
As a Production Technician you will:
Perform finishing processes (polishing, dyeing, air sand blasting etc.)
Clean and sort 3D printed parts
Operate media blasting equipment
Help with factory upkeep and cleaning to ensure products are created in a safe and efficient environment
Ensure understanding of all safety, quality and operational procedures, in order to utilize tools, equipment, electronic/computer systems in 3D printing post production
Ensure proper PPE ( Personal Protective Equipment) is used as directed by signage
Ensure understanding of Quality Control requirements for color, part strength, etc.
Utilize a computer to monitor, update and investigate process steps via ERP ( Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
You might be a good fit if you (have/are):
Have a High School diploma or equivalent experience in a production or manufacturing environment
Have Minimum 1-3 years of packing manufacturing experience
Have equipment operator experience in a manufacturing environment
Are able to work independently
Are be able to read and execute work instructions as required
Are able to lift 40 lbs
