relationships and loyalty to fulfill new business growth goals and objectives.

Coordinates the administrative operations of Physician and Community Outreach

programs for Ambulatory Network. Provides referrals and follow-up to health

care resources in the hospital for Ambulatory Services and the community. Promotes

related Physician and community programs and services.

relationships and serves as a single point of access for community and Medical

Group physicians.

  • To include but not limited to Integration, IPA, referral channel development, sessional, relationship management, interest in employment, operational obstacles; offers solutions and provides timely follow up.

  • Maintains knowledge of long/short-term Health System strategic plans.

  • Liaise with Community Based and Faith Based Organizations to promote health and wellness in their community; such as community lectures, health screening and health fairs.

on-going communication with provider groups to enhance awareness of Health

System programs, facilities, services and subspecialists to drive business to

the Health System.

and maintain data to ensure identified concerns are resolved; escalate outstanding

and high priority issues, as necessary.

prospects for IPA alignment; recruit, perform site assessment, work

collaboratively with IPA team.

maintain and manage a living physician relationship management database;

provide stakeholders with clean and concise analytics in a timely fashion.

Gather and reports market

solutions.

Prepares and reports monthly referral statistics.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration,

Healthcare Administration or related field, required.

Minimum of five (5) years related healthcare business

development experience, required.
