Litigation Attorney

Centers Health Care is looking to hire an Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join the CHC legal department. We are offering a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft complete sets of motion papers, pleadings, and memoranda of law in state and federal courts

  • Draft discovery demands and responses

  • Conduct depositions

  • Attend court conferences and hearings

  • Effective and responsive communication with clients

  • Successfully communicate and negotiate with people at various levels

Required Experience:

  • Licensed to Practice in New York

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience

  • Proficiency in New York State and Federal civil procedure

  • Experience with various phases of litigation

  • Works well under pressure, required to handle multiple cases and/or matters

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Demonstrate excellence in research, writing, and legal analysis

  • Excellent academic background and interpersonal skills

Bronx, NY
