--Preparing the CEO for each day with agenda, meeting prep and a clear sense of priorities

--Perform all administrative duties for CEO

--Serve as primary gatekeeper to CEO with internal staff and external contacts

--Ability to screen calls and emails to determine level of importance and relevance

--Calendar management using Microsoft Outlook to schedule all internal/external meetings and appointments

--Email account management - organize incoming messages and respond on behalf of CEO whenever possible

--Interaction with clients on behalf of the CEO when necessary

--Note taking in meetings and distribution of minutes and action items

--Liaison with staff on work assignments to ensure completion and support staff accountability

--Coordinate travel (transportation, accommodations and itineraries)

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM


--Seeking a capable individual to provide overall support to the CEO of a small yet established media & conference production company

--This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, a problem solver and can perform tasks independently

--The candidate for this position should also be able to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information, have excellent communication and organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and ensure CEO's time is well optimized and spent efficiently


--Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant (5+ years) or similar role and proficiency with Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook is a must
