StretchLab will be opening soon on S. Moger in Mt. Kisco! We are looking for fitness minded professionals to join our team. This is an amazing opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is taking the fitness industry by storm.
Consumers are seeking more ways to reduce the risk of injuries, regain mobility, improve flexibility, increase range of motion and add some recovery time into their weekly routine. Referred to as “the next dominator in the fitness industry” by The New York Times, assisted stretching has gained national attention. StretchLab studios are leading the movement by providing a fun, energized, communal vibe and a place for you to get stretched by a professional and “live long”.
No gimmicks, no complicated equipment, just a simple solution for every body at any age and any stage of fitness. Our one-on-one assisted stretching and truly original group stretch classes are changing lives. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals in the industry and our proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program (FTP) ensures that our clients receive a world class stretching session.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as small group stretches
Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions.
Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab polices and safety rules.
Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations.
Handle member concerns
Assist sales associates with local offsite events
Love of boutique fitness environment is a must – passion for stretching, flexibility and mobility.
Licensed Massage Therapist
Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer or Sports Coach
Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aid)
A minimum of 2 years experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients.
Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people.
Fantastic communication skills that exudes empathy.
Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals.
Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies.
Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program, which includes 30+hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training and 20 hours of practice.
Must commit to at least 15 hours of work per week. Full-time is also available.
