Associate Trial Manager

The Associate Trial Manager (ATM) is responsible for the day-to-day operational tasks within the Project Management Department. These task include, data entry, data reconciliation, data reporting and investigational site communication.

Responsibilities

Handle the day-to-day operational tasks for project and non-project specific data management issues according to the Standard Operating Procedures; Working Instructions and Info Documents, such as (non limitative):
Provide ad hoc feedback to communications from investigational sites (either provide direct answers or escalate as appropriate)
General data cleaning
Creation & Follow up of Data Clarification Forms
Completion & Correction of Subject Sample Data Entries (SSDEs)
Follow up on trial specific corrections
Data reconciliation
Result entry
Manual entry of results from labs (when applicable)
Follow-up on updated results
Completion of internal SSDEs
Follow up on timely reporting of lab reports to investigators
Develop and maintain written procedures to assure good quality work according to standard operating procedures
Requirements

Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline
Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
