We are a small but mighty global firm looking for a Compensation Manager to join our team.

This is a senior position in our organization and an individual contributor who is hands-on owning the compensation plans.

You will work with all business functions to create budgets for compensation and bonus plans and manage and administer those plans across the organization. Responsibilities also includes equity management of Restricted Stock Units, stock etc. You will own and administer the Employee Stock Purchase Plan along with grants and their vesting cycles. You will track, analyze and report on all compensation and incentive programs.

The most important requirement for this role is experience with compensation, if you have experience with equity that is a huge plus.

This is a lean team and we wear many hats and continually take on new responsibilities, therefore we look for a great attitude and aptitude to jump in to new things!

Excellent communication skills are required as this position has a tremendous amount of executive facing exposure!

What You Need for this Position

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources or related field

4+ years of experience working in compensation for a corporation

Experience working with an ERP or HRIS system

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Pluses:

Experience with Equity, stock, RSUs, Employee Stock Purchase Plans
