Chive Media Group Account Executive (Digital - NYC) in New York, New York

Chive Media Group has opened a position for a top 1% sales leader; come build an empire with us.

OTE: $285K + uncapped commission

As the East Coast Account Executive, you?ll initiate, build, and lead brand partnerships. Don?t even bother applying if you aren?t an A-player who measures success in terms of real dollars, real business results. This new position will report directly to our VP of Sales.

  • Knows how to prospect and go after the right clients for our brand.

  • Can control a room and pitch face to face in meetings, at events, speaking engagements and is also able to pitch digitally.

  • Cab tailor their own pitch materials to each client.

  • Closing business above quota, consistently.

  • Maintain deep understanding of CMG?s products, programs, partnerships, and editorial slate.

  • Use data analysis to boost narrative.

  • Manage RFP prioritization to weed out time wasters vs value added relationships.

  • Drive pro-active outreach while collaborating with your sales support team.

  • Keep CRM single source of truth for all tracking.

  • Distill front-line client feedback into recommendations for sales & marketing leadership.

  • Located in NY.


  • For highest performers, OTE including Base, Commission, and Bonuses combined will be $285,000+.

  • You do not have to have media or agency industry resume, but do have to be a star performer. We will train the right person.

  • Must be a phenomenal initiator, great at opening doors and building trust with senior team leaders and decision makers. We are not looking for an order taker.

  • Know how to identify a need and close based on fulfillment of that need.

  • Set, visualize, and track your goals without external management.
