Cardiac Imaging, Inc. Account Manager in New York, New York

The incumbent will play an active role in client network management, monitoring and enforcement of company policies and procedures while increasing client efficiencies by liaising with cross-functional internal teams to improve/maintain relationships as the regional representative on key operational functions and initiatives. Primary responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, answering client queries and identifying new business opportunities among existing clients. Extensive travel throughout New York.

  • Develop meaningful and productive relationships with client offices, community organizations and other related organizations to positively influence current and future relationships

  • Collaborate with sales staff to develop/implement marketing plans, build relationships, and other initiatives aimed at increasing patient volume and other opportunities

  • Serve as a liaison with provider offices; establishes & maintains regular communication, solicits feedback, responds to inquiries, and resolves issues

  • Collects & analyzes data to determine priority areas for growing referrals, protect and grow market share, understand competition, and identify changes in market

  • Identifies opportunities for process and service improvements

  • Provides insight to senior management regarding emerging business opportunities and/or markets

  • Other projects and duties as assigned

  • Demonstrates ability to use persuasive communication, leadership, and relationship-building

  • Demonstrates good organizational skills in the preparation of daily work schedules and the assignment of duties and responsibilities; ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple tasks

  • Ability to effectively work with and through physicians, subordinates, customers, and other personnel in a cooperative, collaborative manner in order to improve provider and/or patient satisfaction

  • Ability to analyze data; aptitude for mathematics and statistics

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, patient service-oriented environment

  • Demonstrates the ability to promote quality improvement through development and maintenance of standards

  • Ability to maintain professional conduct in all work-related and/or emergent situations

  • Experience working with computer systems; proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Word

  • Prior experience in business development and account management

  • Some college coursework completed; Bachelors degree preferred
