Job Title: Account Manager – Aerospace and Finance

Job Summary:

Cirium is offering an exciting opportunity to join a high performing team in a self-contributor role as an Account Manager in North America. The role is for a proven sales professional, with a demonstrable track record of selling software or data solutions, preferably within the aerospace or finance industry. The role will be focused on growing each of the assigned key accounts.

The ideal individual should be goal orientated and comfortable working within a high pressured and fast paced environment. They should possess excellent communication skills (telephone, face-to-face), for both internal networking and client facing activity. Above all, this person should be hardworking and passionate for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Adopt Cirium’s sales processes and Value based Selling principles across a defined sector

  • Managing a book of business to achieve sales objectives and plan strategies to ensure a consistent flow of business

  • Provide accurate forecasting to Sales Leadership team

  • As appropriate, serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expeditions

  • Ensure all activity with customers and prospects are recorded in Salesforce

  • Build long term strategic accounts plans designed to maximize existing revenue streams whilst demonstrating ROI to the client

  • Identify new problems that we can solve whilst working with internal resources to deliver new complex solutions into new sections of a defined client base

  • Efficiently manage a portfolio of customers to optimize client satisfaction, engagement, and retention

  • Exceed personal targets

Requirements:

  • Ability to identify, qualify, and set the sales strategy for customers in your book of business

  • Proven experience as a successful sales person in enterprise software sales or data sales into major airlines

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills – ability to enthuse and excite the customer

  • Strong and consistent performance at meeting or exceeding sales objectives or quotas

  • Proven ability to learn quickly about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

  • Able to travel for key prospect visits and conferences across North America

  • Able to work flexible hours to accommodate international colleagues and customers in different time zones

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Sales or Business
