Google Associate Organizational Development Practitioner in New York, New York
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience involving organizational health, diagnosis (eg. interview design, collection, surveying etc), strategic direction, organizational design, or change strategy and consulting.
Experience using data to drive strategies and influence stakeholders.
Advanced degree in Organization Development or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
6 years of Organizational Development or consulting experience, delivering client impact in multiple practice areas.
Experience in People Development.
Experience working with and building relationships across client groups and geographies.
Ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands.
Written and spoken communication skills.

The People Development (PeopleDev) team works to prepare Googlers to navigate their most critical challenges today and in the future. We leverage expertise, engaging content, tools, technology, and innovative design to scale learning and support for Googlers at all stages of their careers. In addition to learning programs, classes and resources, we also provide organizational development consulting and customized solutions that increase the health and performance of Google’s organizations and overall business.
As an Associate Practitioner, you will be responsible for design and delivery of high quality organizational development tools, templates and assets. You will support the delivery of our Enterprise Portfolio, understand the tools needed to continue to professionalize the practice, and deliver against those needs.

Support the professionalization and standardization of our interventions.
Synthesize interviews and health data, develop case studies and white papers, and work across the team to collect examples to build a body of templates, case studies and other assets that create consistency across the practice to ensure quality outputs.
