JPMorgan Chase Business Development Manager - National Sales -Consumer in New York, New York
The Business Development team within Consumer Banking is a highly visible team that has extensive interaction with senior management across functions and lines of business to help drive better collaboration across the bank.
The Business Development Vice President is responsible for developing, driving and executing various strategic initiatives to help Consumer Banking achieve its One Chase strategy, which involves re-imagining the way we interact with our customers to drive loyalty and deepening across Chase relationships. This includes evolving the foundational culture across multiple lines of business within Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) to promote and enhance partnership in the field (i.e., Chase Wealth Management, Business Banking, Home Lending, Card and Merchant Services). In this role you will develop and syndicate recommendations across Consumer Banking while partnering with stakeholders to create and launch tactical implementation plans.
The optimal candidate will be familiar with the consumer bank operating model, and will have demonstrated the ability to partner with senior leadership to develop effective messaging and implementation of sales practices across an expansive field organization.
Successfullylead, manage, and execute various strategic initiatives across CCB
Be theConsumer Bank representative and liaison with other lines of business topromote collaboration and the One Chase vision during the implementation of allField initiatives
Workwith Senior Management to define initiatives and ensure projects align withbusiness requirements, e.g., scope, impact, projected results
Engageboth field and staff teams in developing and implementing solutions
Establishworking relationships with project sponsors, business stakeholders, subjectmatter experts, audit, compliance, HR and other internal clients
Developpresentations that clearly communicate status, results & open items tomanagement
Presentrecommendations and actively participate in the decision making process withSenior Management
BA/BSdegree or equivalent work experience (advanced degrees, other certification aplus)
Highlyorganized and detail oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problemsolving
Teamplayer with ability to build strong cross-business relationships
Mustbe comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivatedindividual that demonstrates initiative with proven flexibility, adaptability,and reliability with minimal supervision
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work with seniormanagement and ability to create executive-level summaries
SuperiorExcel, PowerPoint and MS Project skills
Proventrack record of delivering results on major projects/programs
Flexibilityfor occasional domestic travel
