JPMorgan Chase Community and Business Development - Underbanked Segment Lead - VP in New York, New York

  • Handles the most complex products and may direct the activities of lower level professionals.

  • Provides guidance to and/or lead activities of lower level professionals.

  • Develops and directs programs for several significant product lines.

  • Recommends product strategies including pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future development.

  • Manages the most complex products or product lines that require complex operational systems and programming, have a number of complex regulatory concerns, and have a major impact on the corporation's profitability.

  • Emphasis on managing profitability and delivery of products to the market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years minimum of product management experience or equivalent.

  • MBA preferred.

  • Proven ability to lead projects.

  • Strong project management, multi-tasking, leadership skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of financial services and operations, credit, sales, products, policies and procedures.

  • Strong presentation /facilitation skills.

  • Understanding of overall strategy and vision of division and its supporting areas.

  • Strong knowledge of quality principles.
