Customer Service Administrator

A design and lighting services company located in Midtown Manhattan is looking for a personable and friendly employee to assist with their quotes team for maternity leave coverage. During the first weeks on the job, they will ensure you are trained on the procedures and answers to FAQs to ensure the transition is smooth and easy for all parties. An individual who is friendly on the phones as well as via email who is comfortable asking questions will be successful in this position!

Must be available to start June 10th. Compensation depending on experience will range between $16-18/hr.

Responsibilities:

  • Delegate specialists for shared inbox inquiries

  • Answer questions via phone and email

  • Provide quotes

  • Troubleshoot solutions with quotes team

  • Ensure that project timelines are being met

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with Outlook

  • Email and phones

Education:

Bachelors

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

  • Preferred candidates will possess a bachelor's degree

  • Ability to begin June 10th
