Job Description:

The Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Program Manager supports the execution of the Global Banking and Markets (GBAM) D&I strategy and programs. Partnering with the GBAM D&I Executive, they maintain responsibility for numerous current D&I initiatives, and have the opportunity to develop and deliver new initiatives. The D&I Program Manager must be an organized, decisive, innovative and results-oriented professional who can develop and manage relationships across the platform with a wide variety of partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong data skills and excellent judgment, and demonstrate polished communication and attention to detail in their work.

Responsibilities

  • Program manage a variety of D&I initiatives from end-to-end, measuring and ensuring their success

  • Produce executive-ready BAU and ad hoc reports, presentations, and analysis reflecting key D&I metrics, accomplishments and initiatives

  • Execute on GBAM D&I communications strategy, including GBAM D&I Flagscape site updates, mailbox management, newsletter content, program-related emails, and calendar coordination

  • Coordinate various GBAM D&I Council meetings and materials, and provide additional ad hoc support to the Councils

  • Proactively identify and integrate improvements to existing routines

  • Work with the HR data team to analyze monthly metrics and identify and monitor trends

  • Ensure coordination with global LOB D&I Program Managers across the enterprise

  • Maintain expertise in D&I best practices and provide summary updates for the business and head of D&I as needed

  • Lead GBAM D&I vendor management and support, including contracts, approvals, and expenses

  • Provide business and budget management support to the head of D&I including maintaining and tracking expenditures, processing invoices & tracking payment

Requirements

  • Must have 3 plus years of experience across HR or relevant business experience supporting D& I efforts

  • MUST have current knowledge and understanding of Diversity and Inclusion legislation and best practice preferred (or, a clearly demonstrated desire to build this knowledge)

  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage, prioritize, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with end-to-end project management

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong data and analytical skills; ability to query, manage, and draw conclusion from large data sets

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity

  • Exceptional judgment

  • Team player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated success navigating a fast-paced environment, and a complex global matrix

  • Positive, professional attitude, and ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion

  • Expertise with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint

  • Professional experience in Human Resources preferred

  • Strongly prefer experience within Global Banking and Markets
