Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience managing the design, creative development and production of digital platforms and digital marketing content in a creative agency or in-house team.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and agencies.
Passion for and experience with new, innovative technologies with a desire to build on analytical learnings to optimize web experiences for Waze users.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, interpret and prioritize information, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, technical work environment.
Ability to communicate concepts and production approach to various stakeholders.

As Digital Creative Producer, you'll play a critical role in bringing the Waze brand to life across our digital channels. You'll leverage your production expertise to help shape how our users experience and interact with our brand. You will manage the creative development and production of Waze marketing projects and lead operations for Waze.com. You will own ensuring brief alignment, timeline management, creative development, agency/vendor management, cross-functional representation and ultimately execution quality.
You'll be an advocate for creative excellence and embrace the fun inherent to our brand. You'll be a stickler for brand consistency and doing what's right for our users. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll help set the vision for Waze digital projects and help meet business objectives. You’ll use your experience managing all aspects of global web properties and digital products, as well as inspire internal and external creative teams to make impactful work.
Waze Marketing is responsible for creating the overall Waze experience starting with the brand, messaging, communications, design, social media, multi-media and more. As part of the product team, we work side by side with R&D to initiate and create new projects and products. We strive for simple, leveled up communications and excellent brand management. We are looking for self-starters with an entrepreneurial edge, and a strong inclination towards design and visual.
Drive creative development of digital content. Provide clear communication to cross-functional partners regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities. Advocate for creative excellence without sacrificing deadlines and business needs.
Lead operations of Waze.com. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement website revisions, SEO implementation, content updates, online marketing promotions and site optimization. Identify risks, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely manner.
Manage creative production across a variety of mediums and formats. Find and manage the best agency/production partners.
Create project workflows. Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management, etc., and drive required changes.
Contribute to the online strategy and creative vision. Find new ways to align Waze digital experiences with product roadmaps and user journeys to ensure brand consistency across all touch points.
