SNOWE Digital Marketing Manager in New York, New York

Snowe is seeking a highly organized, analytical and motivated acquisition marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience executing, optimizing and managing a variety of paid channels. The candidate should be intellectually curious with strong analytical skills and an exceptional ability to interpret data and communicate insights and findings. They are also a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth, results-oriented environment.

The role is based at Snowe HQ, in Union Square, NYC.


  • Plan, execute, measure and optimize multi-channel customer acquisition campaigns to achieve revenue, CPA and ROAS goals, where appropriate.

  • Help define KPIs to track and measure success of paid channels, and measure and analyze performance of marketing channels.

  • Provide regular reporting on performance, and identify trends and insights for optimizing and efficiently scaling campaigns to meet goals.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, testing where appropriate.

  • Brainstorm new and creative digital marketing growth strategies.

  • Maintain data-first approach through continual experimentation and optimization to meet and exceed business goals (testing images, landing pages, audiences, etc.).

  • Collaborate closely with creative team to develop engaging assets for campaigns.


  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3-6 years of executional experience in digital marketing, preferably executional experience scaling paid marketing channels and platforms, with paid social key requirement. Specific experience with retail, branded e-commerce a plus.

  • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics and Adwords, ESPs, Facebook Ads, and other performance marketing tools.

  • Strong knowledge of paid search/shopping and display advertising is a plus.

  • Demonstrated understanding of acquisition and retention channels and marketing economics.

  • Strong understanding of site analytics, CRO and landing page optimization.
