Director of Brand Communications
The Director of Brand Communications will help ensure brand culture and values are optimized for optimal experience for all audiences (patients, general consumers, target consumers, affiliate groups, and current/prospective employees). He/she will contribute to enterprise communications standards, including graphics, communications and processes for best in class customer interactions/touchpoints and overall impressions of the organization. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset; omni-channel experience, and consulting experience.
- Support the strategy of brand management including understanding and leveraging strategic framework for customer experience: market and business dynamics; competitor brand position and expression; and market research to support brand health.
Brand Guidelines (25%)
- Contribute to strategy of brand guidelines through both internal collaboration and policy development.
Enhance Patient Journey Brand Experience (25%)
3rd Party Brand Endorsements (20%)
- The Organization is recognized by numerous outside organizations for excellence. Contribute to communications program and develop process for 3rd party brand communications, including policies and procedures.
Measure of Brand Health (15%)
10 Years related experience required, preferred from service environment (such as Hotel, Hospital/Healthcare System, etc.)
Consulting or agency experience
Omni channel experience
An advanced degree
Data/Analysis Skills. Prefer ability to synthesize a story, a business situation and/or to communicate clearly
Writing and editing experience (5 years)
Design direction and//or management experience (2-5 years)
Team and project leadership experience
