Position Description:

CGI has a fantastic opportunity for a Director of Consulting Services in our East Region. This exciting position combines senior level responsibilities with direct, frequent client relationship management. Supervising a team of 20+ people in a fast paced environment in a major global bank. Work located in the New York metro.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Principle duties include managing complex work plan for functional analysis, development and testing; financial management of revenue and expenses; client relationship management in PMO, business and technology executive groups; mentoring of team mates and management of deliverables; multi-tiered communications; risk and mitigation plans and execution; CGI mgmt. framework adherence.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Senior, seasoned delivery manager who oversees the successful completion of the program

  • 15 years of relevant work experience; PMI or professional certifications a plus

  • Skilled operator able to engage and positively impact multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • Client account strategy development experience.

  • Experience with c-level presentations.
