KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Records Management to join our Integrated Operations Network (ION) organization.
Direct the functional activity of the records management team, promoting superior knowledge, service excellence, and responsiveness, and help to ensure that the duties are performed in accordance with firm Code of Conduct and professional standards
Lead the development of new programs and procedures to enhance customer support, increase records processing efficiency and reduce risk
Monitor the records team functional deliverables to help ensure accuracy and quality
Collaborate with stakeholders including ION, Digital Nexus, Risk, the Office of General Counsel (OGC), and functional leadership to strategize, plan and implement tactical execution of records management responsibility
Engage in the performance management process for self and direct reports by completing goal setting, interim and year-end review on a timely basis and facilitate access to resources for personal and professional development
Prepare leadership-level reporting for functional key performance indicators
Minimum ten years of records management experience in a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Large-scale management experience that includes key performance indicator (KPI) design, measurement and reporting; process governance; prepare and execute communications plans; coordinate implementation activities across multiple related initiatives; build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders; plan and control program costs and manage program issues, risk and program scope change
Demonstrated ability to successfully structure and manage teams including the ability to define roles, influence, educate and interact with diverse personalities and teams across the organization
Strong ability to solve complex implementation issues and implement change using acceptable solution, identify and comprehend business issues and processes, articulate the functional context and relevant resource and work effort requirements; build a collaborative environment, teaming culture and promoting a customer service mindset
