Google Enterprise Sales Development Representative, Looker, Google Cloud in New York, New York

Minimum qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in prospecting, solutions sales or marketing into organizations.

  • Experience with selling into the business/enterprise market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to have a sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals.

  • Ability to be goal oriented and self-motivated.

  • Interest in pursuing a career in enterprise software sales.

Our team inspires leading companies, schools, and government agencies to work smarter with Google tools like G Suite, Search, and Chrome. You reach out proactively to show customers how Google Cloud solutions can help them become more productive, mobile, and collaborative. You'll maintain relationships with clients and work cross-functionally to devise solutions and support for Google's clients.

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing the prospect pipeline, tracking opportunities, and strategizing with our dedicated Outside Sales Team. You will also demonstrate comfortability working in ambiguity with a lack of oversight at times.

You will answer questions involving Looker’s value proposition, and communicate clearly and concisely via phone and email with prospects and your team. You will iterate on their process daily, weekly, and monthly in order to build a prospect pipeline for our Sales Team.

Looker is a unified platform that powers data experiences and delivers actionable business insights to employees at the point of decision. Looker integrates data into the daily workflows of users to allow organizations to extract value from data at web-scale.

  • Educate prospects on Looker’s value in a clear and cohesive manner. Achieve and exceed quarterly goals and key performance indicators.

  • Be a relationship builder with prospective buyers and contacts within organizations.

  • Understand vertical-specific and geographic patterns and build campaigns around knowledge gained.

  • Generate new business leads through a mixture of calling and emailing, following up on sales led campaigns as well as self generated campaigns using value based approaches.

  • Take inventory of day-to-day activities and act upon knowledge gained.
