Scope of Role & Complexity

• Directly shapes operational and/or functional execution of department strategies and how they are accomplished

• Influences mid to long term strategies and objectives and understands the larger picture.

Important/influencing contact with key clients - internally or externally

• Responsible for decisions/activities that have significant impact on the organization's P&L

• Has lead responsibility for execution/implementation of programs, processes and initiatives, may manage cross functional resources

Role Description

• Interprets data and analysis and makes policy changes and/or other business decisions

• Prepares financial budgeting, billing and business planning activities

• Gathers data and prepares data for business analysis, reporting, trend analysis or forecasting decisions

• Develops decisions based on analysis gathered

• Ensures accuracy of data and assists with problem resolution

• May manage employees and/or managers

• Fosters an environment where risk/ control issues are escalated, and trends are anticipated and identified
