Work you ll do
Facilitates and coordinates workstreams of account activity, advanced analytical tasks, and internal client-ready deliverables on an ongoing basis, as part of a team that is assigned to drive adoption for technology investments across the firm. Participates in setting overall strategic and tactical plans for retaining and expanding delivery to the business; and directs the day-to-day activities for fulfilling the plan, executing proposals for specific opportunities, and maintaining client relationships as appropriate.
Collaborates withITSleadership and relationship managers to develop strategic plans for all portfolios and areas of focus based upon the understanding of the business and industry, and Deloitte s services that address client needs.
Measures and tracks value delivered to the internal client, mitigates and escalates issues, and monitors account(s) progress against strategic/tactical plans, as defined by the account leadership team.
Coordinates and mobilizes individual workstreams, sub-teams, approaches and analyses within the overall set of account activities. Manages day-to-day activities within the assigned workstreams and conducts initial quality reviews. Oversees the planning of client events, sets agenda and direction for account team meetings, and provides guidance and feedback to team members.
Partners with marketing and learning colleagues to manage the creation of deliverables, proposals, and other documents for account team review. Synthesizes inputs of team members to create the final deliverable. Actively participates in account planning and/or client meetings and may present prepared materials in area of focus. Leads planning and execution of activities for client events, and is expected to build relationships with clients by delivering on programs and services to support technology adoption and enhance end user experience based on business needs.
Develops and owns the overall account relationship management process. Regularly updates the process, and manages the programs and planned delivery for all clients.
Provides cross-functional support to the account by serving as a trusted advisor with extensive account and industry knowledge. Collaborates closely with firm resources to bring solutions and best practices to the team.
