We will look to you to maintain a profitable and sustainable customer portfolio by using your first-class relationship management skills. You will provide professional expertise in the areas of corporate foreign exchange and payment solutions to our corporate clients. You will be responsible for customer retention, monitoring market information and applying your sales skills to develop and profitably grow our existing client base. You will also provide clients with global economic news to help them better understand their future needs, while showing a plethora of solutions to help protect against market volatility. You will process deals on our trading platform and respond to payment inquiries through multiple channels.

You will use your in-depth knowledge of FX markets, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills to help build customer trust, loyalty, and retention. You must be degree-level educated, career driven and work effectively in a dynamic team environment. Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of experience within the Financial Services industry (preferably within Foreign Exchange) as an account management/ sales-focused role.
