UBS Financial Services Global Family Office (US) - Sales in New York, New York

Your role:

You will be a Strategic Advisor to Global Family Office Client Segment by delivering cross divisional Investment Banking, Asset Management and Private Equity Investment solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable efficiency in finding appropriate resources and solutions globally in WM and IB

  • Build relationships with global GFO sales and trading teams, Prime Brokerage, IB, and Wealth Management

  • Gain a robust knowledge and product expertise in all GFO offerings and capabilities for GFO client needs

  • Co-ordinate and drive RFP process across WM, IB in partnership with FA's

  • Create client pitch books and presentation for GFO advisors and clients

  • Aggregate RFP material to create individual pitch books

  • Co-ordinate WM & IB delivery of content, solutions and thought leadership to Advisors and GFO clients

  • Help with the GFO FA and client vetting process across WMA branch network

  • Help identify appropriate client solutions and investments

  • Face off day to day with family office clients and FA's (client and FA facing desk)

Your team:

You have experience in Wealth Management and Financial Services business; working with Financial Advisors, Branch Managers and family office clients; you have robust knowledge of markets and product offerings for GFO clients

Your experience and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management or family office space

  • Experience dealing with family office clients and understanding of client needs

  • Strong ability to develop relationships with FA's and employees across the globe

  • Ability to vet and screen appropriate products for GFO clients

  • Ability to multi task and provide guidance to junior team members

  • Education Level: Undergrad Experience: 5 – 8 Years

  • Registrations/ licenses required: Series 7, 66
