Citigroup ICG Finance: SVP, FP&A Group Manager in New York, New York

ICG Deposits totaling $900Bn stretches across the TTS, Private Bank, Investor Services, Direct Custody & Clearing (DCC), Issuer, & FXLM and represents three-fourths of the Total Citi Global Deposit base.  This role as the deputy to the Deposit FP&A Lead is a critical partner to the four main ICG business LFOs and Liquidity Business Heads in managing and driving the business. The role directly supports ICG business LFO’s, ICG Global and Regional Liquidity Business Heads, Senior Treasury Partners, and Corporate FP&A. Key Responsibilities: This individual provides critical analytical insights to Business LFOs, Liquidity Business Heads, and Corporate Treasury in support of Senior Business Reviews as well as Business initiatives. Provide lead support for LFO's, Treasury, FP&A Leads for Deposits Provide critical daily support to Business LFOs and team as needed. Lead the ICG Global Deposit NIM/NIR reporting and Analysis Establish strong working relationships with partners globally. Lend product expertise as necessary. Participate in creation of periodic financial packages including  flash presentation and monthly business reviews Ad-hoc projects to support various and ongoing business efforts for client returns and balance sheet optimization Oversee Deposit CCAR efforts to ensure consistency in approach for Models and Documentation Oversee partners producing the Daily Client Level Genesis Based tool (and linkages to Treasury & Business) Support the Citi wide efforts for Full Suite, Citi Insight, and Report Process Automation (RPA) associated with ICG Deposits Participate and support the Citi wide digital innovation initiatives Support talent development and coordination & organization of team deliverables Qualifications: Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment Strong communication skills in order to guide and influence others across a matrixed, global organization Proactive & self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to        draw conclusions and assist on decision making Specific understanding of Citi's proprietary Transfer Pricing systems/mechanisms Specialized knowledge of Balance Sheet modelling including knowledge of Citi's proprietary system (Ruby). In depth knowledge & experience of various regional and global networks and business intelligence tools used extensively within the Citi businesses & functions.  This is a preferred rare knowledge set necessary to support the Global Liquidity business. Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Forecasting, Scenario Planning, P&L, and Balance Sheet analysis, Financial Modelling, Process Design & improvement. Well versed with the Citi policies & procedures, compliance measures, and other relevant risk & control measures necessary to support a global product group.
