PayPal Manager Channel Marketing 1 in New York, New York

Job Qualitications

•8-12 years of marketing experience in financial services, retail, travel and/or digital goods. MBA preferred

•Expert in online/digital marketing with focus on SEM/DISPLAY. Display Advertising, RTB, Mobile and social campaigns are desired

•Results driven and analytical approach to mktg. Exp.with Google Analytics is required

•Experience with search marketing tools and ad serving platforms, including AdWords and Marin/Kenshoo/DoubleClick

•Candidate must have exp. developing budgets (>$5M) and forecasts

•Experience with business analysis, analytics systems (Tableau, SQL/SAS, Teradata) and experimentation

•Knowledge of marketing/website technology & platforms; know how to leverage existing tools to drive performance

•Experience with driving UX/IA efforts and teams

•Competent in creating executive-level decks, strong data visualizations. An executive-ready presence, and the ability to present to members of the leadership team is required

• Demonstrate innovate customer orientation in your approach to strategy & execution

• A track record of website marketing execution; ability to thrive within a fast-paced matrix environment is required

•Must be a web marketer including expert knowledge of content creation, SEO and UX/IA.

•Identify gaps and take action to close them, serve as the VOF leading the path forward to establish PayPal as a world class marketing organization in the small and medium business space
