KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Mobile Development in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice.


  • Work collaboratively with business analysts, product owners, designers, and testers to execute on the product requirements

  • Proactively identify alternatives and recommend / implement solutions as appropriate

  • Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technology architecture requirements for application delivery

  • Participate in system/integration testing as appropriate and perform code reviews and other Quality Assurance (QA) steps as requested

  • Ensure all application designs and deployments and other work products are properly unit-tested prior to delivery

  • Provide technical knowledge to ensure business solutions are met

  • Develop, create and document technical specifications and designs that satisfy documented business/functional requirements

  • Write unit and integration tests for the developed features

  • Develop integration services to integrate with 3rd party APIs

  • Architect, build, and maintain custom mobile applications with clean, tested code

  • Perform React Native or Angular Native Script development for Android and iOS mobile platforms 70 to 80% of the time

  • Manage a team of onshore and/or offshore developers 20 to 30% of the time


  • A minimum of three years of React Native or Angular Native Script experience delivering custom applications within Android and iOS platform and a minimum of 8 years of professional services experience

  • A minimum of five years of experience with open source development framework, cloud native development, and serverless application developments with a mix of the following technologies: JavaScript, Node.JS, Angular.JS, Express.JS, React, Swift, Python, Java Spring Boot, and microservices.

  • A minimum of two years' experience with container technology (i.e., Docker, Kubernetes, Istio, etc.)

  • A minimum of three years' experience delivering custom applications within a DevOps toolchain such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Jenkins, Bitrise, Nevercode, Fastlane, and others

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferably Computer Science or Information Systems, or MIS degree is preferred

  • Proven ability to manage a team and coach junior resources

  • Experience with AWS Mobile Hub, AWS Device Farm, Firebase, and/or Firebase Test Lab is a plus

  • Ability to accurately identify scope of work, prepare thorough detailed schedule estimate

  • Travel may be up to 80-100% in the future (currently 100% remote due to COVID-19)
