KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our- Center of Excellence for Advanced Analytics.


  • Work directly with the National Leader of US Lighthouse Operations, and the Partner in Charge over the US Lighthouse (also serves as the Global Analytics Ecosystem Leader) on strategic program design, planning, milestone management, KPIs and budgeting; own day-to-day execution of planned milestones and KPIs; apply a flexible “roll up the sleeves” approach to shifts in scope and expectations

  • Identify buy-in, process, compliance, and functional requirements critical to achieving a successful collaboration model among Americas firms

  • Execute regular reports for US Lighthouse leadership and I&ES leadership, and other governing bodies; work with stakeholders on gathering and reporting on progress: bookings, pipeline, technology, training and enablement, co-delivery opportunities and other ad hoc items requested by leadership

  • Build and manage strong relationships with supporting network groups and workstream leads, including technical US Lighthouse resources serving as contributors to the collaboration design and execution

  • Build presentations and other content to support communications and influence decision making

  • Provide support with other strategic Lighthouse initiatives, programs and inquiries as needed


  • Minimum eight years of experience in a special projects, strategy or transformation role; Strategic understanding of topics such as artificial intelligence, statistics, machine learning, organizational strategy, cloud computing and technology licensing in a professional services preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business or related field

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, including in the development of strategies, change management paths, and tactical execution plans

  • Strong program management experience creating and maintaining plans, ensuring the agreed in-scope milestones and deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and enforcing compliance throughout the process

  • Strong oral and written communication, leadership, negotiation, and teaming skills, with ability to influence and achieve consensus among superiors and peers through evidence-based hypotheses, persuasion, and collaborative problem solving

  • Ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and push open items towards resolution
