Touro College Marketing & Admissions Coordinator in New York, New York

In charge of managing integration of CRM application to college, including creating landing pages, social media posts, posters, videos, as well as other related college marketing tasks. This position will be the colleges representative at educational fairs.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Reviewing all our social media platforms: Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube channel to recommend a cohesive rebranding strategy

  • Implement and maintain the rebranding strategy

  • Write, take photos, post articles on social media

  • Record, edit and post videos on YouTube

  • Research competitors’ info & keep abreast of marketing mediums

  • Create and keep track of alumni database

  • Analyze and present status of data & promotions, as needed, to the team at meetings

  • Attend educational fairs to promote college programs

  • Work on the setup and marketing of the following events: Orientation, Virtual Information sessions, open houses, career nights, networking events, etc.

  • Work on special projects and/or marketing initiative(s) as assigned by the Dean

Education, Preparation, and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline; master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum three (3) marketing experience

  • Minimum one (1) year in recruitment


  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to write clear, concise materials targeted to specific audiences

  • Skilled at use of social media tools; marketing in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube

  • Data Analytics for promotions

  • Ability to be resourceful, thorough and accurate in pursing answers to questions from prospects

  • Project management skills

  • Team player who is adaptable, detail-oriented and takes pride in his/her work

  • Work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues on a small team

  • Presents a professional appearance

  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Constant Contact, MailChimp

  • Experienced in editing videos

  • Ability to recruit prospects via phone, email and in-person preferred

Computer Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook


  • Commute to Midtown campus

  • Travel to Touro College main campus

  • Trade shows throughout NY region

  • Meetings with partners throughout NYC
