JPMorgan Chase Paid Media Associate, Campaign Analytics and Social Media in New York, New York

The Chase Customer & Marketing Analytics team is a center of excellence to marketers across the entire bank analyzing and optimizing marketing programs while delivering a great experience for our customers. The team provides specialized skills in business intelligence, analytics, program analysis and optimization. Turning insight into action for marketers across all lines of business (card, retail, mortgage, etc.), media types (paid, owned, earned, etc.) and marketing channels (video, display, search, affiliate, mobile, social, etc.), the team is critical to the overall efficacy of marketing across the firm. The team has industry leading data, tools, technology and resources to convert analytics and insights into significant value for the business and our customers.

In this role, you will be the analytical and optimization expert for driving improvements for campaign-level analytics as well as paid social media. This includes a balance of data analysis, data visualization, marketing/campaign optimization and storytelling. Your expertise and insights will be expected to support campaign strategy, targeting, audience management, test design, reporting and optimization for selected lines of business across Chase. You will partner with campaign managers, data scientists, vendors and internal teams to assess, optimize and plan marketing performance that adds significant business value. Your deep understanding and incorporation of digital analytics and optimization will be instrumental in the optimization of paid media. Expert communication and collaboration skills are a must.

DataAnalysis, Reporting and Analytics – Campaign Level

  • Collect and stitch together data acrossplatforms and sources to assemble a complete campaign view

  • Conduct analytical assessments of campaignperformance, isolating key drivers of success aligned to business goals

  • Define tracking, tagging and measurement requirementsof campaigns & tests


  • Collaborate with marketing partners ondevising data-driven analysis that generate actionable insights

  • Generate actionable insights to optimizestrategic improvements in marketing effectiveness

  • Relate marketing interactions withbusiness outcomes that yield innovations in our go-to-market strategy


  • Provide deep analysis on several projectsoutlined by senior management and lines of business

  • Create your own marketing analytics deepdives based on current topics, trades and innovation


  • Bachelor’s Degree in ananalytical or marketing discipline

  • At least 2 Years’ experiencedelivering actionable insights for marketing programs

  • Solid understanding of paid media landscape

  • In-depth knowledge, understanding and use of social mediaplatforms (Facebook, Twitter, SnapChat, LinkedIn)

  • Expert in building Excel workbooks andPivotTables

  • Ability to think beyond raw data and tounderstand the underlying business context and sense businessopportunities hidden in data

  • Experience presenting recommendations ina clear and concise way to "tell a story" with data

  • Self-starter with out-of-the box problemsolving skills who can independently drive results

  • Detail-oriented;multi-tasker; strong written and verbal communicator to multi-levelaudiences
