Global Attractions is the newest business vertical and is quickly expanding. Starting with One World Observatory sitting high above Manhattan at the top of the tallest building in the Western hemisphere and now expanding all over the world, the Attractions vertical brings together all of Legends 360-degree capabilities to develop unparalleled experience in one awe-inspiring space, featuring some of the most spectacular views and newest technology around the world. For each location, we operate the tour experience, ticket sales, hospitality offerings, special events, and sponsorship - all to elevate the guest experience at the top. Some of the venues include One World Observatory in NYC, OUE Skyspace in LA, The Observation Deck at CEB Tower, The View at the Shard in London, Sky View Observatory in Seattle, Skyrise Miami, and more.


Positioned at the top of One World Trade Center, the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, on levels 100, 101, and 102 – One World Observatory provides guests with unique, panoramic views of New York City, its most iconic sites, and surrounding waters from 1,250 feet. A customized guest experience complements the seemingly endless views - which evoke feelings of the City’s signature pride, hope and determination - including special interactive experiences and dining options, plus a sit-down restaurant.

In 2016, One World Observatory received awards and recognition from the Concierge Choice Awards (Winner: Tourist Attraction), Themed Entertainment Association (Thea Awards for Outstanding Achievement), TripAdvisor (Top U.S. Trending Summer Attraction), and Lonely Planet (Favorite Online Listing).


Legends is seeking an enthusiastic Partnerships Manager to join our Attractions team and work closely with the Director of Sponsorship and Partnerships at One World Observatory. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, exceptionally detail-oriented and conscientious about providing quality work, in a timely manner and on a consistent basis. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be effective managing multiple work streams with a sense of urgency. Must have a positive, upbeat, can-do attitude with willingness to take on initiatives. Have a proven track record of attracting best-in-class partners, think creatively and are able to structure winning relationships that support the growth of the Partner Channel.


  • Partner with Director of Sponsorship & Partnerships to prospect, solicit, cultivate and maintain the sponsorship sales efforts for OWO.

  • Monitor the competitive marketplace, including local and national tourism and entertainment properties.

  • Research potential partners and target brands. Identify key players/contacts and maintain contact database.

  • Draft outreach emails, schedule meetings, participate in sales presentations, assist in negotiating and closing sales for OWO.

  • Partner with Director of Sponsorship & Partnerships to achieve established sales goals and budgets as set by the Managing Director for One World Observatory.

  • Assist in asset identification and provide leadership in the creation of sales materials.

  • Work to create and implement new ideas, inventory and opportunities that will drive incremental revenue.

  • Contribute to any efforts, thoughts or actions used to boost overall revenue for the organization.


  • Lead all existing sponsorship accounts from contractual asset activation, annual recap to leadership, fulfillment budget tracking, and the development and pitching of potential upsell opportunities.

  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various partner projects, including but not limited to co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.

  • Onboard, activate and manage all new sponsorship accounts.

  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Sponsorship & Partnerships.

  • Must have direct account management experience – minimum of 3-5 years (Sponsorship/partnership sales experience preferred but not required).

  • Must have the ability to gain and enhance the respect and trust of superiors, peers, subordinates, customers and the investment community. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will be ethical and have an unquestioned level of personal and professional integrity

  • Proficiency with data processing and MS Office applications.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, as well as nights, weekends, holidays as required.

  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel, (as needed).

  • Must be self-confident, resilient and possess a high level of enthusiasm.

  • Must be dynamic, forward-thinking, extremely analytical and creative.

  • Must have strong strategic thinking and planning skills.

  • Must have well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to connect to a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating strong communication skills.

  • Must have the ability and willingness to maintain an impeccable professional appearance.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

  • Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
